Eva Leon, a proud Mexican and co-founder of the Viva Resource, has dedicated her life to community service and advocacy. With a rich background in volunteering, she has facilitated PEP groups for the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) and served on the Colorado Special Education Advisory Committee (CSEAC). She is also a member of the Colorado Statewide Parent Coalition.
Eva's extensive volunteer work spans over eight years, during which she has collaborated with various non-profit organizations. She is a leader in her community, having graduated from FLTI of Colorado at CSU Extension. Eva is passionate about education, family support, and creating resilient communities.
In her personal life, Eva enjoys connecting with her community, engaging in cultural activities, and spending quality time with her family. She is committed to making a positive impact and empowering those around her through her work and dedication.

Monserrat Mendoza
Monserrat Mendoza Rojas has dedicated her life to her roles as a parent, teacher, and business owner. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration and has earned Master's degrees in Education. For Monserrat, family, education, and community support are paramount.
With approximately 10 years of teaching experience, Monserrat has taught at various levels, including childhood, elementary, high school, and university. She has a particular passion for teaching the Spanish language. Beyond her professional career, Monserrat has volunteered with various non-profit organizations in Denver, Colorado, emphasizing the significance of communication and connectedness in both families and education.
In her free time, Monserrat enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking Mexican cuisine, and exploring nature.
